The 22nd annual Brewhouse will be yet another great event.
St. Mary's Sports Medicine is back on as our title sponsor and Super One, Bernick's Pepsi, Brewhouse, Burrito Union are back on as premier sponsors.
In an effort to promote fitness for all ages, we have added a Brewhouse triathlon race series this summer.  Partnering w/ St. Mary's Sports Medicine and Minnesota Power  we are organizing a fun, week-night race series for ages 13 and up. Beginning in May and running through July, look for a variety of races such as: run-bike-run, long swim followed by short run, run bike swim, prediction triathlon, and a ride and tie race.  These events are USAT sanctioned and will be very fun.

We have added some great value to this year's event. Our title sponsor, the Duluth Clinic Sports Medicine will be providing an athletic injury support vehicle. GEAR WEST will be providing a boat load of great prizes during the awards ceremony, Super 1 will be proving excellent post race eats, the Brewhouse and Pepsi will be providing post race beverages and hammer foods will be providing performance nutrition.

Good luck in your training and we will see you this August for the 22nd annual Brewhouse Tri.

The Brewhouse swim is held in a beautiful spring-fed lake and begins with an in water, WAVE start from a sandy-bottomed beach. The swim course is a clock-wise triangle and swimmers exit onto a public boat ramp. The transition area is staged in a large parking area with a new blacktop surface. the bike course consists of two, clock-wise laps (one lap for short course) around Pike Lake and the neighboring countryside. The roads consist of intermittent sections of older and newer pavement, with gently rolling hills throughout the course.
