Registration is still open for the 22nd annual Brewhouse tri to be held Sunday Aug 3rd. If you haven’t registered, click on the “register now” button to the left. There are only a few spots left. Once again our title sponsor, the Duluth Clinic Sports Medicine will be providing an athletic injury support vehicle at the end of the race. Rudy Project has donated helmets & sunglasses, along with tri-bags, tri-hats, visors & t-shirts to be given away at awards ceremony. In addition, GEAR WEST will be providing a boatload of great prizes during the awards ceremony. Super 1 will be providing excellent post race eats. The Pepsi will be providing post race beverages and hammer foods will be providing performance nutrition. The Brewhouse catering will be providing grilled food for the family for a charge along with its famous hand crafted root beer. Twin Ports Cyclery will be providing emergency bike maintenance and basic gear (helmets, tires, tubes, CO2) both during registration and race day.
Note: The short course athletes will do an in water start and the long course athletes will do a beach start. The transition area will be divided into two. Front half (near the lake) will be for short course athletes. The back half will be long course. Your actual spot in the transition area will be on a first come first serve basis.
Good luck in your training and we will see you this August for the 22nd annual Brewhouse Tri.

Race Director
The Brewhouse Triathlon was noted by American Tri magazine as one of the top 100 triathlons in America - with 600+ participants! The Brewhouse swim is held in a beautiful spring-fed lake. The swim course is a clock-wise triangle. The transition area is staged in a large parking area with a blacktop surface. The bike course consists of two, clock-wise laps (one lap for short course) around Pike Lake and the neighboring countryside. The roads consist of intermittent sections of older and newer pavement, with gently rolling hills throughout the course. The race finishes with an out and back 5 mile run (2.5 miles for short course) on gently rolling blacktop roads with plenty of aid stations. This race is chip-timed.
